How does a virtual PBX differ from a classic hardware PBX? +
A hardware PBX is a physical device in a server room requiring professional installation, regular maintenance, and limiting the number of lines you can add. A virtual PBX runs as software - it scales easily, can be managed from anywhere, and on our platform the AI assistant lets you configure it by speaking naturally instead of navigating complex admin panels.
How much does a cloud PBX with AI cost? +
Pricing depends on the number of lines, users, and features. On-premise operation (Asterisk/FreePBX on your own server) starts from roughly 500-2 000 CZK per month. Implementation including the AI configuration assistant starts from 15 000 CZK. Contact us for a tailored quote.
How quickly can I switch to a virtual PBX? +
We typically complete the migration within 48 hours of your order. We install Asterisk on your server or a cloud VPS, port or provision your phone numbers, and configure routing rules to your specifications. Your existing system remains fully operational until the cutover is complete.
Can I keep my existing phone numbers? +
Yes. Your existing landline and mobile numbers can be ported to a new SIP trunk provider through a standard number porting process. During porting (typically 5-10 business days) your numbers continue working normally. Once complete, they are active on the new cloud PBX.
